We are delighted to be partnering with a well‑established, recognisable brand to appoint a Head of Reward / Senior Reward Lead at a pivotal point in their people strategy evolution.

In this role, you will take ownership of the full reward agenda across the Group. This includes leading all annual reward cycles, providing expert reward insight to senior leaders, managing complex reward projects, and embedding strong governance and reward capability across the business.
You will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring reward frameworks remain competitive, compliant and aligned with business goals.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to bring:
* Extensive experience in a senior reward role, ideally within a complex, multi‑site or operational environment
* Strong knowledge of annual pay reviews, incentive design and management, benchmarking and pay range development
* Proven experience working with senior leaders and committees, with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively
* A track record of managing multiple, time‑critical reward projects simultaneously
* Advanced analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insight
* Experience working with HR systems and advanced compensation modules
If you are a reward professional looking to step into a highly visible role where you can genuinely shape strategy, influence senior decision‑making and make a meaningful impact, this is an outstanding opportunity to explore.
