Staffline Recruitment are working alongside our client based at their Duncrue facility in the search for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis
Salary: £31K
Hours: 8am-5pm (TBC)
General Duties:
To oversee daily operations. Responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a small team to meet operational targets.
Key Duties:
1. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities
2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
3. Oversee goods in/out processes, including deliveries and dispatch
4. Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance
5. Train, support, and motivate team members
6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Essential Criteria:
7. Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role (or similar)
8. Strong leadership and organisational skills
9. Good knowledge of warehouse systems and stock control procedures
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
11. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
12. Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
13. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
