CRISIS INTERVENTION WORKER WELLBEING HUB, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 18HRS, GRADE 3 AS, £26,838, FTE Nottinghamshire Crisis Sanctuaries are seeking a Crisis Intervention Worker to join their team delivering emotional support and information to adults experiencing mental health crisis and emotional distress. This is an out of hours role providing support in a friendly, non-clinical space, on a walk-in basis. This role is based at the Nottingham Wellbeing Hub and is part of the wider Crisis Sanctuaries partnership which offers support across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to provide impactful support to a broad range of people experiencing difficulties related to their mental health. Training opportunities will be provided for the successful candidate. For this role we are seeking applicants who demonstrate empathy and sensitivity, ability to confidently discuss emotional and sensitive topics, good risk awareness, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting others.
