Rewards Analyst, Milton Keynes

We are partnering with a fast-paced and growing organisation to recruit a Rewards Analyst in a newly created role based in Milton Keynes. Reporting directly into the Head of Reward, this position will play a key role in supporting reward strategy, compensation analysis, and data-driven decision making across the business. We are looking to speak with candidates who are available immediately or at short notice.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse compensation and benefits data to support reward strategy and business decisions
* Produce detailed reward and remuneration reports for senior stakeholders
* Maintain and improve reward datasets, dashboards, and reporting tools
* Support salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and bonus processes
* Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-led reward insights
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of reward data across HR systems
* Use advanced Excel skills to model reward scenarios and analyse trends
About You
* Previous experience in a Reward, Compensation, HR Analytics, or similar analytical HR role
* Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills
* Comfortable working with large datasets and building clear insights from data
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders
This role can be FTC or perm, is hybrid and based in Milton Keynes.
