Role: Commercial Administrator
Location: Braintree
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 16:30pm
Salary: £13.47 an hour, weekly pay (£28,000 per annum)
Temporary, Immediate start with the opportunity to go permanent
MUST BE A DRIVER, with own car
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Commercial Administrator to join our fast growing client currently based near Saffron Walden and relocating to Braintree in September 2025.
Duties of a Commercial Administrator:
1. Regular liaison with our partners to manage, track and progress the maintenance and repair of products
2. Flag up any supply issues such as shortages or delays and liaise internally with the Purchasing, Planning and Engineering Team Leaders to progress works to agreed deadlines
3. Accurately input information into our inhouse database systems
4. Handle any customer service issues and complete general administrative duties
5. Respond to Customer questions.
6. Answering incoming/external phone calls
7. Researching the cost of items such as parts and labour.
