Location: Bournemouth Working Hours: Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm) Salary: £440 - £450 per week Start Date: January 2026 About the School & Role: Based in Bournemouth, our Alternative Provision school caters to secondary students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including those displaying challenging behaviours. The successful Behaviour mentor will work either 1-1 or within small groups to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
