We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heart to join our team in Romford, Rainham and Hornchurch. As a Care Professional, you will be able to provide an environment where our clients can live as independent as possible in their own home with your support. We focus on building relationships and provide a minimum of one hour home visits or more.
Job Description
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life of our clients in Romford, Hornchurch & Rainham. Every one of our clients is unique and special, the joy and comfort our clients receive from one of our Care Professionals visiting them makes this an incredibly rewarding job.
You will be supporting our clients with a variety of day-to-day tasks, duties will include:
* Companionship - Ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.
* Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
* Personal care - Supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to help maintain a healthy and independent lifestyle
* Accompany to appointments or shopping
What to expect as a Care Professional:
* Excellent paid training
* Paid introductions and shadow visits
* Minimum visits 1-hour
* Matching process based on hobbies and interests
* Ongoing support from our friendly office team
Qualifications
What we offer:
* £13.00 per hour & enhanced rate of £26.00 per hour on bank holidays
