Location: Newark-on-Trent and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience and role)

We are always recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join one of our welcoming and inclusive schools in the Newark-on-Trent area.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping pupils overcome challenges, build confidence, and reach their full potential in a supportive learning environment.
About the Role:
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Encourage pupils' independence, confidence, and participation in class activities
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support tailored learning plans
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience supporting children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
* A compassionate, patient, and encouraging approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
* Passionate about helping every child succeed
