This is a part-time operations administration role (10 AM – 2 PM daily) focused on supporting business operations, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Process Management
Writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintaining accurate operations order plans and production plans.
Order & Supplier Management
Updating purchase orders in the system.
Chasing suppliers to ensure timely stock deliveries.
Coordinating with IT to confirm barcoding and operational orders are correctly input into systems.
Client & Transport Coordination
Communicating with clients to provide order updates.
Booking and managing transport for deliveries.
Cross-Department Support
Liaising with operations, IT, suppliers, and clients to ensure end-to-end efficiency in order processing and production scheduling.
Skills & Competencies Needed
Strong communication skills (with clients, suppliers, and internal teams).
Organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in order management systems and basic IT coordination.
Attention to detail for updating records and writing SOPs.
Problem-solving and ability to chase/resolve supplier or order issues efficiently.
