Anglicare Sydney, a leading community NFP organization in Australia, is seeking a permanent full-time Logistics Manager for our Villawood Distribution Centre. In this role, you will lead and develop the team, manage donations, oversee inventory, and maintain safety and accountability standards.
Responsibilities include:
1. Supporting staff through supervision, mentoring, and training.
2. Managing staff schedules and resource budgets.
3. Contributing to factory operations and ensuring safety compliance.
4. Overseeing inventory management, stock processing, and reporting.
5. Maintaining a safe environment and proper documentation.
6. Implementing continuous improvement policies and risk management strategies.
About You:
We seek a compassionate professional with warehouse or distribution centre management experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a commitment to safety and community service. Key attributes include:
* First Aid Certificate
* MR and forklift licenses (desirable)
* 5+ years of relevant management experience
* Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Office applications
* Understanding of WHS principles
