About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our on-site team. This is an entry-level position, so no previous experience is required and full training is provided.
This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, giving you hands-on exposure to campaigns, customer engagement, and brand promotion. You'll work closely with experienced team members while developing skills that are highly transferable across marketing, sales, and business.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting marketing and promotional campaigns for various clients
* Representing brands in a professional, engaging way
* Assisting with customer acquisition and retention strategies
* Working face-to-face with customers to communicate client offerings
* Learning sales, marketing, and communication techniques
* Collaborating with the wider team to meet daily and weekly targets
