Job Description
Sous Chef
* Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service
* Ensure food safety and allergen controls are consistently met
* Contribute to innovative menu planning
* Manage mise en place and ensure smooth, timely service
* Support events and functions alongside school life
Junior Sous
* Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team
* Contribute to creating modern, fresh dishes
* Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation
* Oversee kitchen operations and inventory management
* Prepare meals for hospitality services and events
Apprentice Chef
* Show keen interest in cooking and professional catering
* Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred) – if not achieved, support will be provided to complete these as part of the apprenticeship
* Willingness to learn and work towards a Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship
* Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and commitment to training
