Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Fire Engineer to join a world-leading HVAC Solutions provider. Service Engineer will be responsible for undertaking planned service, PPM (Pre-Planned Maintenance), remedial, carry out general service works on Electrical/HVAC systems including ventilation, extract fans, AOV control panels/systems, fire and smoke dampers, smoke ventilation products. Service Engineer should be coming from a background of service, maintenance, installation of general fire, electrical, HVAC, ventilation systems. This engineer should possess an Electrical building services qualification, i.e C&G 18th Edition or a Level 3 Electrical certificate. Package £35,000-£45,000 Company van Pension contribution Annual leave of 25 days, excluding bank holidays Role Carry out general service works on Electrical/HVAC systems including ventilation, extract fans, AOV control panels/systems, fire and smoke dampers, smoke ventilation products. Undertake planned service, remedial works on products inclusive of ventilation, extract fans, AOV control panels/systems, fire and smoke dampers, smoke ventilation products. Update service documentation, complete on-site work reports accurately. Liaise with clients, on-site professionals wider internal engineering team Working unsupervised servicing smoke ventilation projects on site Able to travel throughout London and the South East of England, including Kent, Essex Full clean UK driving licence Requirements Background service, maintenance, installation of general fire, electrical, HVAC, ventilation systems.
