SEN Teacher / PPA Teacher – Various Locations & Year Groups
Locations: Across London & Kent (including Bexley, Greenwich, Bromley, Dartford & surrounding areas)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full‑time, long‑term
Salary: Competitive (MPS/UPS)
We are working with a range of warm, inclusive and supportive primary schools across multiple locations, all looking for dedicated SEN Teachers and PPA Teachers to join their teams.
Whether your strength is Early Years, KS1, KS2, or specialist SEN teaching — there are opportunities available across different year groups and settings. Each school offers a nurturing environment where staff are valued, collaboration is encouraged, and pupil wellbeing is prioritised.
The Role:
* Delivering engaging PPA cover across a variety of year groups
* Providing targeted SEN teaching (small groups and/or 1:1)
* Planning and adapting lessons to meet a range of needs
* Working closely with SENCOs, Teachers and Support Staff
* Contributing to EHCP targets, assessments and progress reviews
* Creating calm, structured and supportive learning environments
* Supporting pupils with ASC, SEMH, Speech & Language, MLD and other additional needs
We’re Looking For:
* QTS or QTLS desired but not essential
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN (in school or specialist settings)
* Confidence teaching across different year groups (EYFS–KS2)
* Strong behaviour management and a nurturing approach
* A teacher who thrives in a varied, flexible role
* A passion for inclusion, wellbeing and pupil progress
