* Key aspects will include using commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and guide strategic decisions.
* Regular exposure to the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, this is a visible role that blends data, strategy and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality commercial analysis and forecasting, with a focus on insurance, maintenance and repairs.
* Preparing and presenting monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis and trend insights.
* Developing and improving tools and processes for monitoring service performance
* Identifying risks, opportunities and key profitability drivers through proactive data exploration.
* Collaborating with internal and external partners to inform process enhancements.
* Supporting wider strategic initiatives, including product innovation, pricing decisions and commercial planning.
The Person We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in a commercial, financial or analytical role, with a strong understanding of profitability, pricing and performance metrics.
* An analytical approach, able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to create structured, compelling decks and balance detail with strategic perspective.
* A proactive, curious and self-sufficient mentality, with a drive to understand and improve how the business operates
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (experience with data visualisation tools is a bonus)
* Strong, visible work ethic - actively displaying drive, ambition, resilience and naturally works at pace.
Working Pattern / Location
Hybrid with 2 days per week at offices in the Watford area.
