Tearfund are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Experience team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, creative team within one of the UK's leading Christian relief and development agencies. You'll help inspire supporters and equip global development partners by shaping engaging, user-centred digital experiences.
In this role, you'll design impactful, accessible, and data-informed solutions for Tearfund's core platforms — our supporter site and our global learning site. You'll work closely with developers, content designers, and colleagues across the organisation to make sure every digital touchpoint is clear, consistent, and aligned with Tearfund's mission.
You will:
* Create high-quality website and digital channel designs (including email, social media, digital advertising, and apps).
* Produce UX deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, user-journey maps, and style guides.
* Contribute to our Figma design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.
* Champion accessibility standards and inclusive design.
* Use data and user insights to inform and test your designs.
