Overview

Newton Fallowell are recruiting - SALES NEGOTIATOR

Our Bourne office has seen huge success throughout the year and as a result, we are expanding and looking to recruit an additional Sales Negotiator / Senior Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will come with a wealth of enthusiasm for the industry, and have experience in the day-to-day role of a sales negotiator.

In return we offer an appropriate package to their experience and proven track record within a non-corporate business which maintains the independent, family run environment.

About the role as Negotiator, you will:


Responsibilities

* Engage with purchasers both in person and over the phone as they register with us.
* Engage with vendors, acting in a consultative manner to arrange valuation appointments.
* Gather requirements from purchasers, advising on suitable properties and encouraging viewings.
* Arranging and attending property viewings.
* Negotiating property sales on behalf of vendors.
* Engaging with other agents, surveyors and solicitors on behalf of clients.
* Managing the sales process from offer through to completion, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
* Work collaboratively with the Stamford team and other Newton Fallowell offices.
* A confident communicator, with experience of consultative selling both in person and over the telephone.
* Commercially minded and results driven with the ability to create sales opportunities and hold deals together.
* Professional and well presented as the face of our business.
* Confident in working on own initiative and under direction.
* Be organised, process driven and able to remain calm and focused when working under pressure.
* Hold a full UK driving license with unrestricted access to your own car.
* This is a full time role working a 5.5 day week from 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Thursday, a 5:30pm finish on Fridays and Saturdays' 9:00am - 4:00pm (half day in lieu provided when working a Saturday)
