About The Role
About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential coordination and operational support across two key marketing functions: the APAC Journal Marketing team and the Regional Marketing team. This role contributes to team success through dedicated execution of marketing activities, data-driven campaign support, and collaborative cross-functional coordination across multiple products and priority markets.
How You Will Make An Impact
Coordinate journal and regional marketing campaigns across multiple product lines and priority markets
Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources (web analytics, Power BI dashboards, Marketing Intelligence Database) to support campaign planning, email segmentation, and performance optimization
Create campaign briefs, copy, and asset specifications for email, web, and digital channels supporting localized campaign activity and content
Support customer research, competitive intelligence gathering, and market insights compilation across APAC and priority regional markets
Explore and apply AI tools to automate repetitive data tasks and improve workflow efficiency
Coordinate marketing collateral, content distribution, asset management, and campaign documentation
Assist with journal launch coordination, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional alignment with journal management teams
Maintain marketing databases, program tracking systems, and provide reporting support with data compilation and performance metrics
Provide coordination support for marketing meetings, presentations, and communications
Other coordination and operational support duties as assigned
We Are Seeking Candidates Who Have
Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Excel skills and data literacy with ability to aggregate, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources
Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams
Curiosity about leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance data processes
Experience with or aptitude for email marketing analytics and multi-channel campaign performance tracking
Flexibility to support various marketing functions and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work across different time zones and cultural contexts to support APAC and global markets

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
