The setting is busy and thriving and the successful applicant will be a part of our team at an exciting time, as we get ready to welcome a new cohort of children in September 2026. As the successful candidate you will deliver excellent standards of care and education, with a focus on achieving outstanding outcomes for all the children in our care; working closely with SEN children supporting their learning and development. Your responsibilities To work effectively alongside the Manager and Deputies to meet the needs of children according to the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, whilst upholding the setting ethos. To work in partnership with an established team, outside agencies and parents. To maintain high levels of care and education for all children with particular focus on SEN. What you will need Ideally you will hold a relevant qualification in Early Years and Childcare. Preferably have 2 years’ experience of working with children under 5. Experience working with SEN children is essential. A commitment to adhering to all safeguarding procedures and protocols. Knowledge of equality and inclusion within an early years setting.
