Hospice Band 3
Starting salary £27,933 WTE (rising to Step 2 £28,998 following review & satisfactory performance). WTE pro rata, per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week) + Pension + Benefits

Full Time - Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week

Join our dynamic Fundraising Team and play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising goals. We are dedicated to making a difference for our patients and their families, and we need a compassionate and organised individual to help us achieve this.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate effectively with existing and prospective donors, companies, and organisations through verbal and written channels.
* Maintain and update an accurate donor database.
* Record and process donations efficiently.
* Assist in organising and supporting fundraising events, appeals, and initiatives.
* Handle public enquiries, room bookings, and provide general support to the wider team.
* Take minutes during meetings and ensure proper documentation.
* Collaborate closely with staff, volunteers, and donors. Occasional interaction with relatives and patients.

The successful candidate will have:

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in database management.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, with possible support for some weekend and evening events.
