Senior IT Project Manager – Retail - £85K
Our multi-site retail client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who can take a leadership role in their large-scale transformation programme that spans a multinational market. They are looking for someone who can support a portfolio of projects and provide delivery and governance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced delivery leader to oversee complex business and technology projects, manage high-performing teams and work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and customer innovation.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead large-scale cross-functional transformation projects
* Oversee budgets, timelines, governance and delivery performance
* Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
* Manage and develop Project Managers within the delivery team
* Drive Agile, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure projects deliver measurable business value
Key Skills:
* Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale IT transformation
* Strong leadership and people management capability
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience within retail, hospitality or leisure industries preferred
* Financial management and vendor management expertise
* PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certifications desirable
* Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe when required
Salary: £85,000 per annum + Benefits
Location: West London (4 days per week required on site)
