Our client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Safety & Compliance Manager to lead the delivery of critical safety services across their diverse property portfolio. This is a senior leadership role at the heart of ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and championing a culture of continuous improvement in building safety and service excellence. You will lead a team and oversee the performance of contractors delivering essential safety services including fire safety, gas, electrical systems, lifts, asbestos, and water hygiene. As a key advisor to the Accountable Person under the Building Safety Act, you’ll play a vital role in managing life safety risks and ensuring robust, compliant processes across all properties.
