1. Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience with an OTE of up to £40,000
2. Standard working hours from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday
3. One in two Saturday mornings as overtime (8 am to 1 pm)

Key duties of the Service Advisor position include
7. Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements
8. Liaising between customers and the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
9. Preparing job cards and warranty claims accurately
10. Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
11. Managing customer appointments and follow-up communications
12. Upselling additional services where appropriate and ensuring a high standard of customer care
The Individual for the Service Advisor role should possess
13. Previous experience within a Service Advisor or motor trade customer service role is advantageous
14. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
15. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
16. Strong work ethic and professional attitude
17. Customer-focused approach and ability to handle queries confidently
18. Basic administrative skills and familiarity with automotive processes
