This is an opportunity to lead the creative direction of one of the most exciting consumer brands to emerge in recent years. With a values-led mission and a global customer base, this business is scaling fast and now looking for a visionary Head of Brand & Creative to help shape how the brand shows up across every touchpoint - from campaigns and social storytelling to new product launches and creative strategy.
As the brand's creative lead, you'll own the visual and verbal identity across all channels, working closely with internal teams and external contributors to bring to life ideas that inspire, educate, and convert. It’s a hybrid role (3 days in London office), with the freedom to influence everything from content direction to community building, and be part of something genuinely meaningful.
What they need:
* Someone who can elevate the brand narrative with strategic and visual clarity across digital, product, and packaging
* A creative leader confident briefing and directing designers, copywriters, and content producers
* Someone with hands-on experience planning and executing brand campaigns and social-first content
* A brand builder who can scale consistency and quality across multiple touchpoints – including email, web, paid, and organic channels
* Someone with genuine passion for building meaningful consumer connections through storytelling, not just transactions
What you're great at:
* A digital native with a track record of leading creative across high-growth D2C or ecommerce businesses
* Strong understanding of brand identity & guardianship, multichannel content, and how to scale a visual identity across channels
* Experienced managing content calendars, briefing assets, and launching creative campaigns that deliver on both brand and commercial objectives
* Skilled in brand strategy, messaging, and design, with an eye for detail and a feel for what resonates
* Able to collaborate cross-functionally with growth, CRM and product teams, ensuring performance and storytelling work hand-in-hand
