Prepare and check import/export documentation and customs paperwork. Manage customer queries and provide excellent service throughout the process. Liaise with transport partners to arrange collections and deliveries. Process invoices and maintain accurate financial and shipment records. Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties. Ensure pharmaceutical shipments are handled safely and compliantly (GDP standards).
