Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Senior Chef de Partie to join their team in Bristol, BS34 7QS.

You will be responsible for collaborating with the team on food production management to minimize wastage, maintain food levels, ensure food quality, and uphold brand standards. Additionally, you will support and deputize for the Head Chef in their absence, manage the service counter, and ensure excellent customer service throughout.

To be eligible for this role, you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work in the UK, and be able to pass security vetting and DBS checks. Reliable transport is required due to the location and limited public transport options.

* This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shifts range from 6:30 am to 3 pm, leaving your evenings and weekends free.

A day in the life of a Senior Chef de Partie:

* Reporting to the Head Chef, managing food production to minimize waste, maintain food levels, and uphold quality and standards.
* Supporting and deputizing for the Head Chef, including ordering, staffing, and service management.
* Preparing food for dining and events, managing the service counter.
* Assisting with shift checklists, post-analysis, and standard procedures.
* Participating in relevant training.

You will be successful if you have:

* Relevant culinary qualification.
* Previous kitchen experience.
* Food safety certificate (or willingness to obtain via online training).
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to undergo DBS and security checks.
