Role Highlights
* Take full ownership of the affiliate programme: onboarding, incentives, performance.
* Build and optimise affiliate recruitment and partner networks.
* Create compelling partner content with design/marketing teams.
* Align campaigns with broader product and marketing strategy.
* Manage third-party partners and agencies.

* Grow affiliate-driven customer acquisition and revenue.
* Deliver quality leads and measurable ROI.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in affiliate/partner marketing in SaaS, B2B or tech.
* Hands-on track record of building and scaling programmes.
* Proactive, independent and ownership-driven approach.
* Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional skills.
* Experience managing external agencies/partners.
