The post holder will take an active role in supporting the EPR Programme and integrated governance digital agenda across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
Provide strong, visible, leadership, energising, inspiring and empowering the Patient Services team and other admin and clerical staff in pursuit of a shared vision to ensure the effective and safe delivery of services through the use of technology within their area of responsibility.
Promote an ethos of joint working, collaboration, and mutual respect amongst all members of staff. Ensure all staff take responsibility for how technology and data help to provide safe and compassionate care to patients and to communicate with each other.
