A truly amazing children’s charity who support children across Yorkshire are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join their team as a Relationship Manager.
This role offers a unique blend of business development, relationship management, and event coordination. As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of securing sponsorships, forming partnerships, and attracting event attendees. Your efforts will directly contribute to generating income and fostering lasting connections with individuals and organisations across Yorkshire.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
- Coordinating and managing fundraising events to ensure their success.
- Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align strategies and achieve organisational goals.
Experience we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in relationship management or business development. Experience in event coordination, particularly within the charity sector, is highly desirable. A proactive and results-oriented mindset is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. You will also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and an in-date DBS certificate/able to get one.
What’s on offer
£30,000 - £40,000 basic salary
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Monday to Friday working pattern, 09:00 – 17:00
Fridays working from home
