The Role:
As a Production Manager, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. You’ll lead a team of operators, support continuous improvement initiatives, and liaise with management to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate the production team to achieve daily and weekly targets
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
* Monitor production schedules, materials, and workflows
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
* Provide training and support to team members
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Production Manager or similar in manufacturing
