Links Medical Practice is seeking a proactive, well‑organised, motivated Practice Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate should have excellent business acumen and proven skills in leadership, HR, finance and IT. You will need to have business management experience, be an excellent communicator and have strong customer‑service skills. Experience in the health sector would be an advantage but it is more important that you can adapt proven skills to this role.
The post is full time (37.5 hrs). The salary is £44,000 to £50,000, dependent upon experience. The start date is June/July 2026.
Links Medical Practice is a forward‑thinking, dynamic, well‑established training practice based in Aberdeen City. The practice is located in the pleasant tree‑lined surroundings of the old City Hospital site, with ample parking, close to the beach and city centre amenities.
We have an excellent team, including six GP partners, two salaried GPs, an advanced nurse practitioner, pharmacists, a first‑contact physiotherapist, and a very experienced practice nursing team. We are also an approved training practice which takes GP trainees, foundation doctors and medical students.
