We're looking for a part-time Administration & PA Support professional to help us deliver a seamless experience for our clients and learners, while providing day-to-day support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling & Coordination: Book coaching sessions, manage calendars, set appointments, and send joining instructions.
* Learner Communications: Send out training details and pre-course materials, manage feedback forms, and track responses.
* Programme Logistics: Arrange venues, book hotels, and collate training resources.
* CRM & Sales Admin: Update client records, track opportunities, and support proposal preparation.
* PA Support: Manage diaries, arrange appointments, and provide general director support.
* Social Media Support: Schedule posts and assist with engagement activities.
What We're Looking For
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
* A confident communicator who can liaise professionally with learners, clients, and suppliers.
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Confident using Microsoft Office/Google tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn.
* Someone who enjoys working independently with flexibility, but thrives as part of a small, supportive team.
