£Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to join a market-leading estate agency with a great brand? This company has a successful network of offices throughout Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire and has gained an excellent reputation due to their exceptional service levels.
This is a varied role, and our client is looking for someone who can deal with compliance, AML, HR/recruitment, and build & maintain relationships with suppliers. Managing group compliance and audit checks, in conjunction with Lettings Operations Director
Managing Health & Safety policies and protocols
Procurement and managing relationships with suppliers ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Managing intruder and fire alarms where required
Complaint investigations
Understanding of relevant compliance
IT literate - excellent typing skills.
The salary on offer will be in the region of £45,000 to £70,000 depending on the experience, qualifications and ability of the successful candidate.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.
