About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen within Kee Safety Group for a commercially driven Regional Business Manager to lead the growth of our training businesses across the South East. This role will focus on developing the training businesses, driving revenue through both new business development and strategic account management. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the region, promoting industry-leading safety training solutions, and strengthening relationships with clients across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a regional sales plan to grow training revenue across the South East Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for training services Manage and develop existing customer relationships, cross-selling training solutions Own and deliver against regional revenue targets and KPIs Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting against targets Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities Track performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required Report on regional performance, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership Provide leadership and direction to General Managers within business units Coach and develop General Managers to improve commercial performance, operational delivery, and leadership capability Set clear objectives and performance expectations, conducting regular reviews and feedback sessions Act as a senior escalation point for operational or people-related challenges Align commercial activity with operational capacity and capability Drive continuous improvement across the customer journey and training delivery model About You We are looking for someone who brings commercial drive alongside industry credibility: Essential: Proven success in a B2B sales or business development role Background in training, health & safety, or a related sector Strong track record of delivering revenue growth Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated and comfortable working across a regional territory Desirable: Knowledge of HSE regulations Experience in a multi-site or regional leadership role NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar qualification What We Offer Competitive salary Car allowance Annual bonus Private healthcare Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Enhanced parental leave 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays Life assurance
