Empowering Learning is proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic private nursery setting in Northallerton. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed individual to join their team on a long-term basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of young children.
Helping to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
Supporting the daily routines that help children thrive and develop.
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for working with children.
A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
Reliability, commitment, and a desire to build a long-term career.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, although support can be provided where required.Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualifications are welcomed but are not essential. We are equally keen to hear from unqualified candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.
