Requirements:
* 6 months on NMC & 6 months ITU experience in the last 12 months
* 2 Clinical ITU references in last 3 years.
* Copy of Non EPP immunisations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life support equipment.
* Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Assess patients’ conditions and respond quickly to changes in their status.
* Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
* Maintain accurate and complete medical records and documentation.
