Role Overview Working in the Finance team, your role is to maintain the sales, purchase and cash ledgers of the companies in the Ethical Power Group in a timely and accurate way. This will require someone with excellent organisational skills and the ability to commit to and meet agreed deadlines. What will you be doing? Maintaining the accounts mailbox, actioning received invoices, statements, and queries in a prompt and professional manner. Managing the approvals process for supplier invoices and recording these on Sage. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Generating the payment run, ensuring all suppliers are paid in a timely manner. Running the remittances from Sage and sending these out to suppliers. Raising purchase orders and making card payments over the phone when required. Other administrative duties including answering the phones, opening mail, scanning, and filing. What are we looking for?
