Anabas Welcome is looking for an experienced Front of House Receptionist, with p revious front desk experience, ideally within the corporate sector, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, ability to multitask and prioritize effectivley. Responsibilities: Front Desk Excellence: Greet visitors with a genuine smile, making them feel valued and at ease. Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. Maintain a tidy and organized reception. Client Interaction: Be the ambassador of our client’s brand by embodying their friendly and approachable ethos. Assist clients with inquiries, providing accurate information or connecting them to the right contacts. Offer refreshments and ensure a comfortable waiting experience. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various teams, fostering positive relationships. Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage visitor schedules. Support the front of house manager with internal events and activities. Initiative and Adaptability: Anticipate needs and take proactive steps to enhance the reception experience. Handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently. Professional Demeanor: Maintain a polished appearance and professional conduct at all times. Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Qualifications: Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred or hotel and restaurant experience at the minimum. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A friendly and approachable personality, with a touch of bubbly charm.
