Payroll Administrator - Wallington 4 days per week 8-5pm Mon-Thurs
Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking an experienced Administrator to help out in the Payroll department on a temp to permanent basis. This is an excellent job for somebody with good admin experience who is numerate and wants a nice job local to where they live.
Duties will include:
* Collate weekly payroll, ensuring all timesheets are in and looking for discrepancies
* Processing weekly expenses
* Updating holiday records
* Working from Excel spreadsheets daily
* Sending out payslips to workers
* Any other admin as required
The suitable candidate:
* Live locally to Wallington
* Have administration experience
* Be good with Microsoft Excel
* Numerate
* Experience working in accounts/payroll would be preferred, however being numerate with good administration experience is also fine
This is a permanent OFFICE BASED role - we will consider part-time candidates with the correct experience.
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £20,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
