Salary: £23,810 PA Hours: Mon to Friday - 9am-5pm (Part Time options Available)
Annual Leave: 25 Days plus Bank Holidays
How do Assistant Support Workers contribute to the Team? Support learners with the development of life skills such as cooking and cleaning
Prepare the adult centres facilities and kitchens for learners use
Take part in off-site activities with learners such as visiting the café or shopping at the supermarket
Contribute to the creation of learning resources for our learners
Provide personal care support such as feeding, encouraging and enabling learners to maintain acceptable levels of personal hygiene, whilst promoting independence

Sociable Hours (Monday Friday, 9am-5pm) with no evening, weekend or sleep ins required
Completion of the 15 standards to achieve a Care Certificate
Extensive industry training including, autism, first aid, safeguarding, emergency medication and much more
Opportunity and support to progress to a Learning Support Worker role

Able to reach us (a drivers licence or access to a lift is necessary due to our remote location)
For this role we welcome applications from those with no sectoral experience We are committed to staff development and will help you to develop the skills and expertise you need! All you will need is keen interest in learning disabilities and a strong passion for helping others.
