Description STOCK & SYSTEMS COORDINATOR Full-Time | Immediate Start Available Any 5 days out of 7 (Rotating shift 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00) £31,000 Annual Salary plus Overtime Rates & Shift Premium Stock & Systems Coordinator is responsible for owning and leading the stock and systems department, ensuring operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, system integrity, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition to stock control, the role oversees administrative functions across inbound, outbound, site layout, profiling, reporting, and transport, ensuring seamless coordination and execution in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Stock & Systems team, ensuring alignment with operational goals and priorities. Own the day-to-day operation of the department, proactively resolving issues and minimising escalation to senior management. Oversee admin tasks across inbound, outbound, site layout, profiling, reporting, and transport functions. Develop, implement, and manage the site PI (Perpetual Inventory) plan, ensuring targets are communicated and achieved. Drive stock operational excellence through CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives and an entrepreneurial approach. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class customer service. Plan and manage internal/external audits and full shutdown stock counts. Deliver professional customer service with timely responses (within 24 hours). Conduct daily shift briefs to ensure team alignment and clarity on priorities. Manage absence and performance through clear objectives and structured development plans. Provide training and development to build team capability and engagement. Ensure system integrity and accurate reporting across all stock-related activities. Solve operational challenges with a proactive and analytical approach. You may be asked, at times, to support the Inbound/Outbound functions (holiday cover, sickness absence etc.). Experience managing admin functions across inbound, outbound, layout, profiling, reporting, and transport. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation in stock administration. Exceptional communication skills to ensure team alignment and stakeholder engagement. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience managing audits, PI counts, and stock investigations. Demonstrated experience in absence and performance management.
