Construction Estimator | Building Contractor | Essex | £65,000-£78,000 + Car + Bonus + BenefitsDue to continued growth and a strong pipeline of repeat business, a long-established building contractor is looking to appoint a Construction Estimator to join their team in Essex.This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a respected, family-run contractor where your contribution will be valued, your opinion listened to, and your work will have a direct impact on the success of the business.Working closely alongside the company Directors, you will take ownership of tenders from initial enquiry through to submission, playing an important role in securing future projects and supporting the continued growth of the company.Projects typically range from £50k to £2m across the commercial, education, healthcare, residential, refurbishment, and mixed-use sectors.The CompanyThis well-established building contractor has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Essex and the surrounding areas, generating a significant proportion of work through repeat business, referrals, and long-standing client relationships.The business is known for its supportive, down-to-earth culture where people are trusted to do their jobs, given genuine responsibility, and encouraged to contribute ideas.
