Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with IT networking, Microsoft SQL, and software integration (DICOM, HL7) Excellent time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the role Commitment to work unsociable hours, weekends, and travel extensively within the UK and international countries Demonstrated initiative and flexibility in prioritizing workload to meet critical deadlines Responsibilities: Responding to all emails on the same working day Maintaining 100% response rate to breakdowns Keeping all internal and external ticketing systems up to date at all times Carrying out daily service visits, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance of Canon, Kowa, and other medical systems Providing responsive and professional technical support to internal and external customers Diagnosing and resolving faults with both hardware and software, including integration with DICOM and PACS systems Maintaining accurate service records, reports, and logs Assisting with logistics including dispatch and warehousing of technical equipment Supporting company exhibitions and training events as required Delivering basic user training to clinical and technical users on installed systems Technologies: Hardware HL7 Support PACS SQL More: We are a growing organization looking for a passionate field-based Service Engineer to join our team.
