As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role is all about having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

In your role as an Account Manager, no day will be the same, but you can expect to:

1. Visit sites and customers in the field, asking open questions to understand their needs, listening, and turning this into tailored solutions.
2. Demonstrate our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to customers on-site.
3. Further develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
4. Be responsible for the operational, organizational, and strategic management of your sales area, utilizing the CRM system, Salesforce.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

Qualities and skills that make a successful Account Manager include:

* Customer-facing/sales experience in any industry.
* Solution-oriented approach to uncover customer pain points and needs.

* Resilience and adaptability to meet all customer levels.
* Drive and motivation to succeed and overcome challenges.
* Curiosity to learn, develop, and grow.
* Excellent organizational skills for managing time and priorities independently.
* Essential: Full manual UK driving license to visit customers on-site five days a week. Please disclose any points on your license along with expiry dates.
