Our Head of Security is looking to recruit a highly skilled Regional Security Manager to manage all aspects of our depot(s) Security across the following depots; Liverpool & Middleton, so you must be able to get to all these locations.Key responsibilities for this role include:Implementation of company security policy and strategy as directed by the National Security Manager(s) for depots across the North / North East.Providing advice and support on depot matters including physical, operational and administrative securityEnsuring a security action plan is in place to reflect the region's strategyEnsuring that security audits and follow up reviews are carried out, together with action plans in accordance with agreed scheduleConducting through investigations when required creating a full reportReviewing incident reports carried out by the Security TeamKeeping abreast of industry standards, best practice and new technology, communicating this to the Security TeamLiaising with external agencies such as the Police, HM Customs when required to assist with overall security investigationsSetting KPI’s in agreement with the National Security Manager North Investigating and identifying any theft issues or trends within the HubsDelivering key security solutions and preventative measuresWorking in close conjunction with the National Security Manager(s) and Regional Security ManagersTo control manpower planning including managing the rota, holiday, absence, recruitment and interviewingEnsure that all guarding objectives are met both employed and agency. Qualifications: To be considered for this role you must have extensive and demonstrable experience as a Security Manager with a large scale, multi-layered organisation. You will also be able to evidence successfully leading and inspiring your teams to deliver exceptional results.
