Responsibilities
* The post holder will provide effective and efficient clinical leadership within the defined clinical area, ensuring care delivery meets and addresses spirituality, equality and diversity, and rights in accordance with good practice and legislation.
* Act as a role model for junior staff in a manner that positively reflects the values of the organisation, ensuring effective communication pathways exist with internal and external stakeholders to develop current models of care.
* Engage and motivate colleagues to generate and implement ideas to nurture a culture of quality improvement.
