Futures are looking to appoint an Internal Sales Executive to join a growing manufacturer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with customers, and has a natural ability to identify sales opportunities from inbound enquiries. The successful Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound calls, managing customer enquiries, and maximising value from existing accounts through proactive relationship management and consultative selling. Roles & Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries, providing a professional and consultative service. Identify sales opportunities from incoming enquiries and convert them into orders or follow-up opportunities. Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business. Maximise revenue from existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying additional needs. Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system. Provide product information, quotations, and pricing to customers in a timely manner. Follow up on warm leads and previous enquiries to convert opportunities into sales. Work closely with internal departments such as operations and customer service to ensure smooth order processing. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Deliver an excellent customer experience to encourage long-term client relationships. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a sales, account management, or customer service role. Confident handling inbound calls and customer enquiries. Strong ability to identify sales opportunities and close business. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Target driven with a commercial mindset. Organised with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
