Your Role as a Care Assistant in Fareham
* Provide high-quality care and support in clients’ own homes
* Assist with personal care and medication support
* Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping

Requirements
* Must be available for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
* Minimum 25 hours per week
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
