Supply Chain Administrator - Antrim - Permanent

* Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.00 pm and weekends off
* 1-hour lunch break
* Temporary initially with view to becoming permanent

Duties:
* Supporting Site Manager to organise weekly haulage for large loads, including managing a booking-in system for warehouse
* Supporting the inbound/outbound deliveries
* Negotiating best lead times with Suppliers/Hauliers
* Organising day-to-day deliveries to customers
* Organising haulage in compliance with customs requirements
* Delivering sales orders and purchase orders on ERP system
* Ensuring all orders are complete and arrive on time
* Amending haulage prices; updating trade agreements on the system
* Creating and maintaining trade agreements for all products on the purchase ledger
* Day-to-day filing and admin duties
Criteria:
* Previous experience in a similar role, e.g., supply chain administrator / supply & logistics administrator or equivalent
* Strong administration and IT skills, e.g., Microsoft Office packages including Excel
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good knowledge of customer orders / supply chain industry
