Production Operative – Chichester – Temp cover - Night shifts
PAY: £13.95ph
Shifts: 19:00-07:00, 4 days on 4 days off
Wild Recruitment are looking for reliable, hands‑on Production Operatives to support a fast‑paced food production team during peak periods. Our client is a leading fresh‑produce manufacturer supplying major supermarkets across the UK.
For those who do not drive, there is a bus that will collect workers from Portsmouth and drop them to the site in Chichester
What you will be doing
* Assisting with preparing and cooking food products
* Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
* Operating basic machinery (full training provided)
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
What we are looking for
* Someone reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Comfortable working in a chilled environment (fresh produce factory)
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* No previous experience required — full training provided

Please note Warm PPE will be provided by the client: wellies, fleece and gloves, however you will need to dress warmly underneath
